Senior Lecturer, B.Sc. M. Sc. Ph.D. (Professor of Chinese Academy of Sciences)

Expertise

Nano Catalysis, Carbon Nanotubes, Nanomaterials for drug controllable release, Rechargeable battery electrode nanomaterials.

Contribution to the Centrev

Creat nanocatalysts for the processes of DeNOx, FT reaction and biomass transformation to syngas.

Current Projects in the Centre

  • Near zero-emission hydrogen production technology (with Colin Raston and Hui Tong Chua)
  • Application of gold nano-particles for catalytic partial oxidations (with Colin Raston and Hui Tong Chua)
  • Controlling production of carbon nanotubes, nnofibers and nanoballs (with Colin Raston Xiaolin Wang and Hui Tong Chua)
